NOT EVERY RV NEEDS THE SAME ROOF

Choose Your Level of Protection

We don't believe in automatically tearing off a sound roof or selling every customer the most expensive option. We inspect the existing roof first, explain what we find, and help you choose the roof system that makes sense for your RV.

LEVEL 1

RESTORE

Preserve a Sound Existing Roof

For qualifying RV roofs where the existing membrane is still securely bonded and the underlying structure passes inspection.

  • Existing membrane stays in place when appropriate
  • Roof thoroughly inspected before approval
  • Surface cleaned, prepared and detailed
  • Sprayed-on ArmorFlex UV polyurea protection
  • Avoid unnecessary tear-off expense
15-Year Transferable Warranty Limited no-leak/workmanship coverage. Existing membrane-to-substrate bond and hidden pre-existing substrate conditions are subject to the written warranty terms.
LEVEL 2

PERMANENT 100

100-Mil Full Tear-Off System

Our primary permanent roof system for owners who want the original membrane removed and a new sprayed polyurea roof installed over the inspected substrate.

  • Original roof membrane removed
  • Roof deck inspected and repaired as needed
  • Penetrations and transitions carefully detailed
  • 100-mil ArmorFlex UV system
  • Continuous seamless sprayed membrane
25-Year Transferable Warranty Limited no-leak coverage subject to the written warranty terms, exclusions and transfer requirements.
LEVEL 3

EXTREME 200

200-Mil Premium System

Our flagship roof system for owners who want maximum film build and the highest level of roof protection Highroad offers.

  • Full roof membrane tear-off
  • Substrate inspected and repaired as needed
  • Detailed preparation around roof penetrations
  • 200-mil ArmorFlex UV system
  • Twice the film build of Permanent 100
Lifetime Transferable Warranty Limited no-leak warranty for the life of the RV, subject to the complete written warranty terms, exclusions and transfer requirements.
SEE THE DIFFERENCE

Three Systems. Three Different Approaches.

Restore keeps a qualifying existing membrane in place. Permanent 100 removes the old membrane and installs a 100-mil ArmorFlex UV system. Extreme 200 doubles that sprayed ArmorFlex UV film build to 200 mils.

Level 1 — Restore

Level 2 — Permanent 100

Level 3 — Extreme 200

THE PROCESS MATTERS

Professional Application Starts With Thorough Preparation

Technician professionally spraying an RV roof inside a shop

Professionally Sprayed — Indoors

ArmorFlex UV is applied inside our shop using heated, plural-component high-pressure equipment to create a continuous, seamless sprayed membrane.

Finished white seamless RV roof

Seamless & UV-Stable

A clean, continuous exterior membrane designed for long-term exposure without relying on a separate UV topcoat.

RV roof membrane removed with plywood roof decking intact

Thorough Preparation

On full tear-off systems, the old roof membrane is removed while the plywood deck remains intact where serviceable. The deck can then be inspected, repaired where needed, and properly prepared before the new roof system is applied.

THE HIGHROAD APPROACH

More Roof. More Thoroughness. Better Value.

A premium RV roof shouldn't require paying more just for a brand name. Our goal is simple: use high-quality materials, perform the preparation correctly, give customers meaningful choices, and deliver exceptional value.

Compare the material. Compare the thickness. Compare the preparation. Compare the warranty. Then compare the price.

Sprayed-On System Professional heated, plural-component high-pressure application.
UV-Stable Chemistry ArmorFlex UV is an inherently UV-resistant aliphatic polyurea.
Specified Film Build Permanent 100 and Extreme 200 clearly identify the intended ArmorFlex UV membrane thickness.
Thorough Preparation Because even the best roof system depends on the condition and preparation of the roof deck beneath it.
ARMORFLEX UV

Serious Polyurea. Published Performance.

ArmorFlex UV is a fast-set, 100% solids aliphatic polyurea formulated as a durable, color-stable and seamless protective membrane.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Go Beyond a Basic Roof Replacement

RV roof reconstruction with decking removed, framing exposed and closed-cell foam in the roof cavities

Thermal Roof Upgrade

On qualifying wood-deck travel trailers, fifth wheels and Class C roofs where the decking is already being removed, ask about upgrading the roof cavities with closed-cell spray foam before new decking is installed.

Insurance Claims Welcome

If your RV has covered storm or accidental roof damage, your policy may pay for qualifying repairs. Ask whether an approved repair can be applied toward an upgraded Highroad roof system. Coverage, deductibles, policy limits and upgrade costs vary by policy.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Which Roof Is Right for My RV?

Does every RV roof need to be completely torn off?

No. If the existing membrane and substrate pass our inspection, Restore may allow us to preserve the existing roof and apply the ArmorFlex UV system after proper preparation.

What is the difference between Permanent 100 and Extreme 200?

Both are full tear-off systems. Permanent 100 uses a 100-mil target film build. Extreme 200 uses a 200-mil target film build — twice the ArmorFlex UV thickness.

Is ArmorFlex UV rolled on?

No. ArmorFlex UV is professionally spray applied using heated, plural-component high-pressure equipment.

Why use an aliphatic polyurea?

ArmorFlex UV's aliphatic chemistry is inherently color-stable and UV resistant, making it well suited for exterior roof exposure.
