HIGHROAD RESTORE · 15-YEAR TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY

Restore a Sound RV Roof Without Unnecessary Tear-Off

Preserve what is still good. Upgrade what protects it with professionally applied ArmorFlex UV aliphatic polyurea.

TEAR-OFF SHOULD HAVE A REASON

Not Every Aging RV Roof Needs to Be Completely Removed.

If the existing roof remains sound, dry, stable and suitable for professional preparation, Highroad may be able to preserve it and install ArmorFlex UV as the new exposed protective roofing surface.

We don't tear off a sound roof just to sell a more expensive job.

INSPECTION-BASED DECISION

Restore Starts With Qualification.

Highroad evaluates overall roof condition, soft areas, moisture concerns, delamination, existing membrane adhesion, previous repairs, roof penetrations, edges and transitions, and surface compatibility.

Restore is an inspection-based decision. Not a shortcut.

If the existing roof cannot provide a reliable foundation, Highroad will recommend repair or complete replacement instead.

What Restore Can Do

  • Preserve a qualifying existing roof
  • Avoid unnecessary complete tear-off
  • Upgrade the exposed waterproofing surface
  • Add ArmorFlex UV protection
  • Extend the service life of a suitable roof assembly

What Restore Cannot Do

  • Make rotten decking healthy
  • Eliminate hidden structural problems
  • Make a failing substrate suitable
  • Replace reconstruction that is actually required

ArmorFlex UV can protect a sound foundation. It cannot make a bad foundation good.

15-YEAR TRANSFERABLE HIGHROAD WARRANTY

Why the Restore Warranty Is Different.

Restore preserves part of the existing roof assembly. That is fundamentally different from removing the exterior roofing and rebuilding upward from an exposed deck.

Restore — 15 Years

Permanent 100 — 25 Years
Extreme 200 — Lifetime

All warranties are provided by Highroad RV Roofing and are subject to written terms, conditions and exclusions.

RESTORE QUESTIONS

What Owners Usually Want to Know

Does my roof qualify for Restore?

The answer depends on its actual condition. Highroad evaluates whether the existing roof is sound, stable and suitable to serve as the foundation for the Restore system.

Can Restore repair rotten decking?

Restore is not intended to hide significant structural deterioration. Known or suspected damage that makes the roof unsuitable must be addressed.

Is Restore just a roll-on roof coating?

No. Highroad uses professionally spray-applied ArmorFlex UV aliphatic polyurea with the preparation required for the qualifying substrate. It is not painted, brushed or rolled onto the roof.

Why would I choose Restore instead of Permanent 100?

If the existing roof still provides a sound foundation, paying for a complete tear-off may not improve the finished result enough to justify removing what is still good. Permanent 100 is intended for roofs where complete replacement is the appropriate scope.

Restore is a different scope for a different roof condition — not a cheaper version of complete replacement.
