Ask Where the UV Protection Comes From.
Highroad uses ArmorFlex UV aliphatic polyurea, designed for exterior UV exposure. Its UV-resistant chemistry is part of the ArmorFlex UV roofing material itself.
Some sprayed roof systems use a separate UV-protective surface finish. That can be a different maintenance strategy, so it belongs in a serious cost comparison.
Don't only ask, “Is the roof UV protected?” Ask how the system handles years of outdoor exposure.

The proposals may not be for the same kind of roof. Is a polyurea RV roof more expensive than TPO?
It depends on what is included in each proposal. A meaningful comparison should include tear-off, construction, preparation, repairs, material, film thickness, warranty and expected maintenance — not simply the initial total.
Can you spray over my existing roof instead of removing it?
Possibly. Highroad Restore is intended for qualifying existing roofs that pass inspection. Permanent 100 and Extreme 200 are complete tear-off systems.
What happens if you find rotten decking?
Damaged decking should be repaired before the new roofing system is installed. The extent of hidden damage cannot always be determined until the original roofing is removed.
Is a thicker polyurea roof automatically better?
Thickness is only one factor. Material chemistry, preparation, application quality and the condition of the roof underneath also matter. When comparing the same ArmorFlex UV material, Extreme 200 contains twice the target film build of Permanent 100.
Does insurance cover RV roof replacement?
